ingredients:
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes.

Preparation:
- We clean and cut into cubes all ingredients, mix well and reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Put the ingredients in a pot, cover them with cold water and grind well and reserve in the fridge. Serve cold as a drink or as a starter.
